Most orders shipping from our Oklahoma City, OK location normally ship within 3 business days of being placed, and are processed Monday through Friday. If you ordered an item that is made-to-order or that is shipping from a different location, the shipping times may vary and delivery estimates will be listed on the product page.

Q: What is your return or exchange policy?
At NOTW, we understand that buying clothes and apparel over the internet can be somewhat intimidating since you cannot try on the items before you buy them. For this reason, we are more than happy to refund or exchange items that do not fit properly or do not meet your expectations, provided they do not list that they are non-returnable on the product page. All returned items must be in brand new, unworn, and unwashed condition with no signs of wear in order to be accepted back.
Q: Do you ship to international addresses, APOs, or PO Boxes?
Yes. International shipments will be processed and shipped within 3 business days of the order being placed. International, APO, and PO Box shipments will be sent via USPS First Class or Priority Mail.

Q: Will there be any additional charges for international shipments?
Each individual country and region has a local customs office. For all international shipments, this office has the ability to choose what, if any, they are going to charge for inspecting the contents of international orders. Sometimes they do not charge anything. Other times, though few and far between, they have charged fees in excess of $50. Ultimately it is the decision of your local customs office to determine not only to delay the delivery of your order, but also charge any additional fees they so choose before they release your order to you.

Q: Does your clothing run large or small in comparison to other brands?
While the men's sizes offered on our website are normal in comparison to most clothes, the Junior's sizes run slightly small. More often than not, customers request exchanges from smaller sizes to larger ones rather than from larger ones to smaller sizes.
Q: Does NOTW charge re-stocking fees for returns?
No, NOTW will gladly refund the entire purchase price minus the cost of shipping to
