DeborahWell we are still married and still living under the same roof! However, the feelings have gotten worse! He still refuses counseling and suggested I return back to counseling because he feels I need it more than he does since Im the one who wants the divorce. I have a "friend" on the side whom Im been with physically. I know its wrong, but I kind of feel safe when Im with him. answered 3 Years AgoWrite a prayer for this personShareOriginal Prayer Request (posted 4 Years Ago):After much searching, crying, and praying, Ive decided to divorce my husband of 13 years. Its not going to be easy, but I know the Lordll guide me in the right direction. All Im asking from you my brothers and sisters is to pray for me! I have no job (Graduated as a phlebotomist last yr ) cuz everyone wants experience!! Were going to continue living in our house til we can actually sell it. All Ive been doing is crying and praying! I dont want to end up having a nervous breakdown. He still refuses counseling and continues to preach to me how his "religion" is thee oldest and original to turn to (E. Orthodox). He asked me this "If you could find happiness elsewhere, would you take it?" I said "Yes!" and thats what Im going to do. Hes a good man with a good heart, but we lack everything in between! We live like room-mates! Ya know, I after being with him for 18 years...he STILL cant tell me why he cant have children with me! Sorry, I cant type cuz I cant see through these tears! Please please pray for me! Thats all I ask Thank you! Blessings to you!
BarbaraLord Jesus, I come to you on behalf of Deborah and her situation. The wedding vow says "What God has joined together, let no man put asunder". Lord Jesus You are the ultimate answer in all things. I ask that You work in this relationship. I ask that You provide the necessary info that she so desperately needs. I ask You to send the Comforter to help her work thru all the problems in this marriage. I ask You Jesus to speak to her husband concerning the issues in this marriage. Above all, Dear Jesus, if either of this couple has not truly given You their lives, if either have not repented and asked You into their life and their Savior and Lord, I ask you deal with their heart(s) . Without You there is no true marriage. In Your Precious Name, I pray and thank You for the answer... Amen...4 Years Ago
